1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5 PM on weekdays are processed the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
    Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and destination and are shown at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • We ship via UPS and USPS.

  • A tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships.

International Shipping

  • Available to select countries.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

  • Certain items (e.g., hazardous materials) may not be eligible for shipment to some locations.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Disclosure Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.

  • We recommend selecting a secure delivery address or purchasing shipping insurance.


2. Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the refund status.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within the timeframe set by your payment provider.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges accepted within 30 days for a different size or color.

  • Subject to product availability. If not available, a refund will be issued instead.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Restocking Fee

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover processing and restocking.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged/defective item and packaging. We’ll assist with a resolution.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Due to hygiene reasons, items like underwear or swimwear are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
